 Judge Zargabaath - Final Fantasy XII
One of the elite Judge Magisters of the Archadian Empire. Zargabaath is the least seen of the judges, preferring to sit in the shadows and see how things play out rather than get needlessly involved in sometimes dangerous disputes. He is not a coward or a villain, though, and in times of crisis will risk his life for the safety of his people. In the end his prudence actually pays off, and he is surprisingly the only judge to survive the events of Final Fantasy XII.
