 Vincent Valentine - Final Fantasy VII
The gun-toting vampire-like man from Final Fantasy VII and Dirge of Cerberus. Vincent is a dark, brooding man, full of guilt over his tragic past. Unable to save the woman he loved, he was instead genetically altered by Hojo and put into suspended animation under the Shinra Mansion. When he is awakened by Cloud, he learns of the atrocities committed by Sephiroth, further adding to his guilt. To attempt atonement for what he considers unpardonable sins, he joins Cloud's group to stop Sephiroth. In Dirge of Cerberus Vincent finds himself in the middle of a battle for a powerful materia embedded in his very being. He is once again forced to confront specters from his past, and the true nature of his frightening abilities.
