 Tiamat - Final Fantasy I, Final Fantasy IX
The many-headed dragon fiend of wind from the original Final Fantasy. Tiamat caused the fall of the Lufenian civilization centuries ago, and sits atop their flying fortress waiting for the Light Warriors. Tiamat has appeared in numerous Final Fantasies since his initial appearance, sometimes as a regular enemy and sometimes as a boss. He appears in Final Fantasy IX as one of the four chaos guardians who protect the gateway to Terra, and is later revived by Kuja to defend Memoria.
