 Shantotto - Final Fantasy XI
The tarutaru "super-mage" who resides in her own manor in Windurst. A former professor of black magic, she is one of the most powerful and renowned black mages to come out of Windurst, and her name is known and feared across Vana'diel. Don't be fooled by her cute appearance, she is an eccentric and unpredictable soul who revels in the destructive dark arts she is a master of, although she (usually) uses these forces for good. Among her many quirks is her habit of rhyming as she speaks and her infamous "Ohohoho!" laugh that rivals Kefka.
