 Raine Loire - Final Fantasy VIIIThe kindly woman from Winhill who falls in love with Laguna. When she finds Laguna washed up on the shore with terrible wounds, she nurses him back to health and together with the young orphan Ellone they start a new family. She would later give birth to Squall while Laguna is searching the world for Ellone, and die as a result of the birth. Laguna would never stop loving her, though, and lives with the regret of not being able to be there for her. |
