The slick treasure hunter with a tortured past that rescues Terra and brings her to the attention of the Returners. A Returner himself, he has pledged to fight against the Empire ever since he lost his love, Rachel, in an Imperial attack. Gallant and a tad emotional at times, Locke is always looking for a way to lift the guilt of failing to protect his love by helping others. He hides his true feelings of regret and shame behind a mask of optimism and spirit. Oh, and never call him a thief.
