 Hurdy & Gurdy - Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
A strange pair of brothers that is seen several times throughout the game. Gurdy is a bit of a con artist and is typically embroiled in some dispute or another when the party encounters him. Unlike his con artist counterpart, Hurdy is a kindly preacher, travelling from town to town to preach his views. In truth, Hurdy and Gurdy are not brothers, but the same person. Hurdy/Gurdy was one of the original people to attempt to rid the world of Miasma, along with the Black Knight. When he reached the source of the Miasma, though, his memories were stolen by Raem, and he now wanders the world sometimes as Gurdy, sometimes as Hurdy, with no idea of who he was before.
