 Hollander - Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core
A disgruntled scientist formerly in the employ of Shinra. When Shinra wouldn't let him quit for fear of spilling their secrets, he fled the company, vowing revenge. He reappears with Genesis, apparently working with him to find a cure for Genesis's degradation. He may come off as a lazy bum from the way he dresses to his laid back attitude, but he is just as zealous about his research as Hojo and willing to stoop to the same levels. Also, he's a surprisingly good runner.
