 Professor Hojo - Final Fantasy VII
The mad scientist who took over the Jenova Project after Gast's death, and the father of Sephiroth. Hojo's mad schemings form the backbone of the story of FFVII, having been the one to create Sephiroth, SOLDIER, and who performed the experiments on Cloud in Nibelhiem, and he seems to be one of the very few people who know many, if not all, of the deepest secrets of Shinra. He is a twisted, heartless man who lives only for his research, and thinks nothing of the lives that are sacrificed or ruined because of it, even when it is his own life on the line.
