 Heidegger - Final Fantasy VIIShinra's director of Public Safety, Heidegger is in charge of Shinra's armed forces as well as the Turks and SOLDIER. Containing equal parts arrogance and ignorance, he is seen as a bumbling fool by Rufus, and is constantly reprimanded by him, especially for his annoying laugh of "Gya ha ha". He takes out his anger at this by constantly yelling at his subordinates, who have as little respect for him as Rufus does. |
