 Garland - Final Fantasy I
The fallen knight who kidnaps Princess Sara and steals her away to the Temple of Chaos, starting the events of the original Final Fantasy. He later appears at the end of the game as the surprise final boss. Despite his lack of any coherent development and short screen time, he has become one of the series' cult favorites, mainly due to his famous line of "I Garland, shall knock you all down!". He is also one of the returning villains for Dissidia, where he will be getting quite a bit more development than he did in his original game.
