 Bugenhagen - Final Fantasy VII
The 130 year old wise man who lives in Cosmo Canyon, studying both the Planet below and the stars above in his observatory. A former engineer for Shinra, he eventually grew weary of their corruption and set out to study the Planet on his own. He is still a great lover of technology despite his love of the planet. He acts as a surrogate grandfather to Red XIII and is always happy to give advice to those who seek it. Bugenhagen is also famous for his strange and unexplained ability to float around without legs and his habit of saying "Hoohoohoo" when he speaks.
