The laughably inept seeq head editor of the Bonga Bugle newspaper. He posts monthly bills asking for help writing his articles that are never what they seem to be. You'll find yourself doing something ridiculous, pointless, or downright dangerous more often than actual investigative journalism when you agree to help him out. And don't expect him to help you out, either. In typical seeq fashion he tends to sit back and observe while you do all the dirty work.
