 Artemicion - Final Fantasy IX, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
The purple-colored moogle that is in charge of keeping Mognet in working order. Unfortunately, he is rather lax in his responsibilities and uses the oil needed to keep the gears turning on himself instead to make his coat shinier. In Crystal Chronicles he takes on the form of a thief and member of the Striped Brigands, although in Ring of Fates he partially redeems this image by running shops in various places(although where he acquires his merchandise is a bit questionable...).
