 Seymour Guado - Final Fantasy X
The half human leader of the Guado people, and a Maester of the Yevon religion, like his father before him. Seymour guides his people with a charm and dignity befitting a natural leader, but his true face is one of severe pain and emotional unbalance. After the events of an unforgiving childhood in isolation and his own failed pilgrimage to defeat Sin, he is warped into an unstable and bitterly cynical man. His one true goal now is the salvation of the world through its own destruction. This is the only true way to peace in his mind, and he commits many unspeakable acts in order to achieve his goal.
