 Laguna Loire - Final Fantasy VIII
The haphazard and clumsy man whose charisma and devotion win over the hearts of everyone he encounters. Laguna starts off his days as a lowly Galbadian grunt in love with the lounge singer Julia, but his destiny leads him across the world and into the arms of Raine where he meets Ellone and fathers Squall, only to be torn away from them again by war. From there he travels the world to eventually end his days as President of Esthar, the most powerful nation in the world. He is intensely devoted to Ellone, who he treats like a daughter, and spends a good portion of his life searching for her after she is kidnapped during the war. Always by his side are his equally devoted companions, Ward and Kiros.
